We stand behind every order.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t feel right, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Because every item is made to order, we handle each situation individually.

In many cases, photo verification is all that’s needed for a replacement or refund. In some situations, we may request a return depending on the issue or fulfillment provider requirements.

Issues related to damage, print errors, or shipping problems should be reported within 30 days of delivery when possible.

We keep things simple, fair, and human.
