Hey there, fellow Subaru adventurer and dog parent! We’ve put together the most common questions we get so you can get back to planning your next trail day faster. If you still need help, just reach out — we’re here for you.

Shipping & Delivery

•  How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once it leaves us, USPS or UPS usually gets it to you in 3-7 days depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link the moment it’s on the road.

•  Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re focused on making things easy and affordable for our US Subaru fam right now. Stay tuned!

•  What if my order is delayed?
Life happens (and sometimes so do puppy zoomies). If it’s been longer than expected, reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll chase it down for you.

Sizing & Fit

•  How do I pick the right size for my dog/human?
Check the size chart on every product page (we measure our pups and models so it’s accurate). Pro tip: If your dog is between sizes, go up — they’ll thank you when they’re wearing their SubiePups bandana on a hike.

•  Are the apparel items true to size?
Yes — we use standard US sizing. Our hoodies and tees have that comfy, adventurous fit that works great whether you’re behind the wheel of your Outback or throwing a frisbee for your pup.

Returns & Exchanges

•  What’s your return policy?
If something doesn’t fit or you’re not happy, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Just shoot us a quick message first so we can make it smooth. We want you to love what you wear!

Products & Materials

•  Are your items dog-safe / kid-safe?
Absolutely. All our prints use high-quality, non-toxic inks. Our dog gear is made from durable, washable materials that can handle muddy paws and Subaru adventures.

•  Where are your products made?
We partner with printers here in the USA to keep quality high and support local where we can.

General

•  Can I use a discount code?
Sure thing! Check your email for subscriber codes or follow us on Instagram @subiepups for flash sales.

•  I tagged you in a photo — will you share it?
We love seeing your adventures! Tag us and we’ll feature our favorite shots. Thanks for being part of the pack.
