We want you and your co-pilot to get your gear as quickly and easily as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders ship even faster.

Shipping Rates & Delivery (USA)

•  Standard Shipping: $6.99 (typically 3–7 business days)

•  Free shipping on all orders over $75

•  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times (usually 7–20 business days) are calculated at checkout and may include customs fees or taxes (the buyer is responsible for these).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right — usually by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
