We want you to be thrilled with your SubiePups product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right.
To maintain our environment, eliminate waste or unnecessary storage, all your items are made to order. All of our designs are printed with latest t-shirt printing technology (DTG). We use eco-friendly, water based Inks to print our apparel. Please help us reduce waste by referencing the sizes and product descriptions before making your purchase.
All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 30 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent as replacement. No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sent packages are marked with our suppliers’ return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, defective), it will go to them so make sure you return it to the address marked!
Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, please shoot us an email before returning products at email@example.com .
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Remember, all of our designs are printed on demand and shipped out of California so please make sure you pick the right size and color because our manufacturer will only exchange items if they are defective or broken! The size charts can be found in the product description of every product.
We encourage you to reach out to us if you’re still not sure about sizing because we cannot return items unless goods are damaged. Some styles of tanks can run a bit lengthier so feel free to drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll figure out the best fit for you!
Legging sizes: If you’re unsure which size to get, it’s best to order a size up. Since they are stretchy, they will look better too big then too small.
Write up your problem in detail, with your order number, and upload relevant photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. To avoid delays, we require a photo to be submitted with your initial report to begin a reshipment.
What should be included in my return?
Return items with a copy of your packaging slip and the exchange instructions. Once received, the replacement generally ships the next business day.
All items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items sent back with any stains, or signs of use, will not be accepted for exchange.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.
